- For individuals, total income up to $20,000/year
- For families, total income up to $45,000/year
We do not complete returns for taxpayers with:
- Rental income
- Sale of stocks or bonds
- 1099-A (Acquisition or Abandonment of Secured Property)
- 1099-C (Cancellation of Debt)
- Out-of-state income (TAP will only complete Illinois state returns)
